General form
With this form, anyone can report sexual harassment, grooming, or other sexual violence against someone under the age of 18 online.
If you are a child or a young person, click here for our Youth Form.
By reporting, you protect children.
To report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anonymously, go to anonymous form.
If you suspect that the activity you saw concerns another crime or the preparation of a crime, send a tip with the Police Online Tip-Off form, file a criminal report, or call 112 in an emergency situation.
We encourage you to fill out the form with your contact information and other information. Disclosing information to the authorities is important so that the matter can be investigated as accurately as possible.
Contact and/or personal information entered on the reporting form may be disclosed to authorities (such as the police and child welfare) to investigate the crime and/or if an obligation to notify arises based on the information received in the report. The obligation to notify always arises if the Finnish Hotline suspects that a child has been subjected to a sexual crime.
