Child rights and business networking day

Hakaniemi, Lasiranta, Hakaniemenranta 6

Save the Children invites businesses to explore and learn about possibilities to support and incorporate child rights in their actions, especially in developing countries.

You are warmly welcome to Save the Children networking day 25th May 2018.

During this day we wish to create an open platform for discussion and idea sharing between businesses and development professionals from Save the Children programme countries (Myanmar, Nepal, Somalia, Zambia, Burkina Faso and Sudan).

In this full day seminar you have a chance to discuss about:

  • Concrete ways in which business operations can affect children´s rights
  • The importance and value of considering child rights in companies operations in developing countries
  • Possibilities of engagement with Save the Children around themes such as education, health and humanitarian context

The event is organised as part of Save the Children Finland´s annual programme meeting. More info about the Save the Children professionals participating here.
