Finnish Hotline Nettivihje and Prevention of Sexual Abuse

REPORT IT! Report here!

The Child Protection and Finnish Hotline (Nettivihje) activities aim to combat and prevent child sexual harassment, the solicitation of children for sexual purposes (grooming) and child sexual abuse. We are part of the operations of the Finnish Safer Internet Centre (FISIC), which seeks to ensure a better and safer digital environment for children. The FISIC operations are carried out in collaboration with the Finnish National Audiovisual Institute and the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare. We are also members of and the Finnish representatives in the international ECPAT and INHOPE networks.

On our website (accessible via the menu on the right), you will find information about child sexual abuse and the work we do to protect children. You will also find our materials and safety skill guides for children and adults.

We operate the Finnish Hotline service where it is possible to report materials suspected as illegal child sexual abuse materials or related activities online. By reporting, you are protecting a child.
