Sponsorship programmes
When you become a sponsor you can choose the country whose children will be the beneficiaries of your regular financial support.
The countries you can choose from are Ethiopia, Kenya, West Africa, India, Nepal, Russia, and Finland. The sponsorship programmes provide help to the most needy girls and boys in each country.
Your support money will be used to improve the conditions of life of the whole community and all the children living in the area – regardless of their age, sex, religion, ethnic group or disability.
As an alternative to being a country-specific community sponsor, you can be a sponsor to the Children's Relief Fund, which will channel your support to the benefit of the programme that most needs financial aid at each point of time.
Sponsorship contribution
You can pay the annual sponsorship contribution of 300 € (25 € per month, respectively) as a single payment, in three instalments, or in monthly direct-debit instalments. The contribution fee includes management costs (20 %) to cover the wage and administration costs that are needed to maintain the programmes.
You will get ample information
On a quarterly basis, we will send you the Report of the Children's Relief Fund, in which we give information on the use of donated funds in our sponsorship programmes. In addition, we will send you a special report on your own specific sponsorship programme once or twice yearly. Once you have filled in an sent the form to sign on as a sponsor, we will send you a sponsor's information package within two weeks.
